My Tasting Notes
The wine is clear, medium lemon in color with a clean nose and light intensity. There are primary flavors of honeysuckle, pear, peach, lemon and minerality. This wine is medium dry, with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and medium flavor intensity with flavors of peach, lemon and honeysuckle. The finish is medium+. It is very pleasant for being on th the sweet side.
The Fernao Pires provides the floral notes and medium body. Way cool grape varietal from Portugal.
