Tex Mex Popcorn is fantastic with Rose. Below is the recipe and a link to other wine and popcorn pairing by Mark Wolf
Tex Mex Popcorn and Rosé Add a little southern flavour to the evening by adding chili powder, a couple dashes of hot sauce, some from lime zest and lime juice to melted butter. Pour over your popcorn and finish with a sprinkle of finely chopped cilantro. Pair it up with a refreshing rosé wine to combat the heat. NOTE: this recipe is amazing. I so love the lime and lime zest/ YUM! and perfect with the Rose.
