Tasting Notes
This wine was such a disappointment, maybe because I had such high hopes.  The wine was clear, deep garnet in color. The nose was clean but sadly has a barnyard aroma, sharp cranberry and green pepper. The wine is dry with medium tannin, medium acidity, body, flavor and finish. There was not very much fruit left in the taste, some dried blueberry, chocolate and green pepper.  Dianne found more in this wine.  She had flavors of plum, wild raspberry and green pepper. This was our least favorite.
