Here's a quintessential Verdicchio from one of the denomination's rising stars that opens with a fragrance of spring flowers, hay and flint. The palate delivers fleshy white peach, pear and almond flavors, along with mineral notes and bright acidity that results in a refreshing finish. Fun to drink now or hold 2–3 years for additional complexity.

Wow, this Barbaresco shows all its complexity with some interesting savoury and salty notes. It’s clean and direct, like a sword that cut in 2 pieces the mouth...it's my kind
This isn't overly expressive but reveals nuances of blue flower, black cherry and chocolate that carry over to the palate along with prune and roasted coffee bean. Drying wood tannins give it a mouthpuckering close.
A fine classic from the stubborn Nebbiolo grape. I am very sure that this substance would exist in blanks next to famous barbaresci with a one. The grapes come from two layers and this wine is the philosophy of the winery best recognize. He has all the equipment to mature, yet he shows in his youth already a lot of aroma and aroma. The wine was matured in large 2,000 liter containers, used barriques and steel tanks. It has the truffle-earthy character of this famous Piedmontese location, accompanied by a fine scent of roses and pale tobacco.100% authentic.
Ruby red with garnet reflections; delicate, elegant scent of red berries and dried flowers like violet and rose; In the mouth you can taste fresh notes of eucalyptus and mint, while the two ripening processes in the wood are concerned for a full-bodied and velvety soft taste; sweet tannins and spicy notes on the finish. The grapes come from the locations Ausario and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio.

Black truffles. Could we be buried in them? Could we be carried off to blissful nirvana every waking moment? We were just gobsmacked (where’d THAT come from?) on tasting this --- every serious Barolo head needs to drink it NOW --- truffles, black tea, purple plums, a dash of spicy, creamy wood...OH MAN!! Is it a problem to drink a bottle of this while watching the new season of Fargo? NAH….Seriously --- so good. At this price? Almost a daily drinker if you are crazy about Barolo like we are. Rich and round and sexy (not often associated with Barolo, but…) --- just GET IT while it lasts!! Did we mention 94 points?! Critical Acclaim
Very floral on immediate opening. A bit tight and tannic on first immediate taste. I'd suggest a decant for an hour or so. The nose is balanced with the floral, spice, mushroom and graphite. The tannic feel softened over time. A surprising long finish that dissipated nicely.
Clerico is one of the most respected names in all Barolo, and his wines are renowned for both winemaking of the highest quality and for exceptional character, deriving from outstanding vineyard holdings in four of the greatest crus of Monforte: Ginestra, Bussia, Pajana and Mosconi. The Barbera d’Alba and Dolcetto d’Alba from this estate are an easy and affordable way to enjoy the genius of this winemaker, and represent two of the greatest wines made from those varietals. Clerico’s single-cru Barbera d’Alba “Trevigne” is matured briefly in barriques, 40% of which are new. His Dolcetto “Visadi” regularly receives 90 points from the major international publications. The barrique-aged Nebbiolo/Barbera blend “Arte” was the original super-Piedmont” wine; Marc de Grazia and Clerico devised this blend together in 1983.
